It has really improved my grandsons sleep a lot.

As a mum to a 7 year old boy with ADHD, our days (and nights) can be really hard. Focus is a struggle and meltdowns were a daily thing, especially at bedtime. I am very happy with the Calmy. I use it for sleep, as does my mum, and we’ve found it works great. I also use it when my anxiety spikes and Calmy helps bring me back down. I’ve been using the GoCalm for about a month now and it’s honestly made a big difference.
