Returns policy
At Calmy, we want every customer to feel well supported and completely satisfied with their purchase. If a product doesn’t meet your expectations, you have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Just follow the guidelines below and we’ll take care of the rest.
Faulty items
If you have received a faulty or damaged item, please contact us immediately at hello@calmy.com.au. We’ll help resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.
Not all items are eligible for return. Any exclusions will be noted on the product page, or during checkout.
To be eligible for a return:
Timeframe
You must initiate the return within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility
Items must not have been marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase, unless they are faulty.
Condition
- Items must be gently used or unused, clean, and in resellable condition.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging.
- All original components must be included, such as:
- Device
- Charging cable
- Instruction manual
- Original box
- Foam insert
- Device
Missing components or visible damage may prevent us from processing your return.
Photos
Clear photos of the item must be provided for assessment before a return is approved.
Shipping
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong product.
We strongly recommend using tracked shipping, as we cannot be held responsible for lost returns.
Shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable.
All returns must be sent to our warehouse in Melbourne, Australia.
Refunds on bundles
If you return items purchased as part of a bundle:
- Bundle pricing will no longer apply.
- Any items you keep will revert to their current individual sale price.
- Your refund will be adjusted accordingly.
A full breakdown will be provided when your refund is processed.
How to Initiate a return
Email hello@calmy.com.au with:
- Your name
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Photos of the item and packaging
Once your return is approved, we’ll send you instructions on where to send the item.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 2 business days of receiving your return.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
