This has really helped me manage my anxiety, especially during panic attacks. I love that it’s compact, so I can carry it anywhere and use it discreetly. Highly recommend!

I was skeptical, but ready to try anything...this device somehow helps me fall asleep quickly and, if I wake up in the middle of the night, a quick tap of the button and I am asleep again in minutes. Helps so much for the dead of night anxiety feed in my head. Holds a charge for a long time, as well. Having the Pulse, which is always on my wrist, is a comfort.

I wish I had of know about this product sooner, it's great you can take it any everywhere with you.

I’ve been using the GoCalm Pulse for a month now and it’s made a huge difference in how quickly I fall asleep - usually within 10 to 15 minutes. Before, I would sometimes be awake for hours, struggling to drift off. It's a little big for my tiny wrist, but I only wear it to bed so it doesn't bother me. It works so well I've just bought another one for my husband, who also struggles with insomnia.

I bought this mask with the GoCalm and it's so comfortable to wear. I often forget it's even on as it doesn't put any pressure on my eyes. It's great for daytime naps too as it completely blocks out all the light. I can see this being very handy on long-haul flights.

I love how compact and discreet it is - I can take it with me anywhere and put it on for 10-20 minutes whenever needed. It really does help calm my mind quickly. I've started using it at bed time too and find I do fall asleep much quicker. The rechargeable battery is also great; a full charge usually lasts me around two weeks. I’d definitely recommend trying it before resorting to medications.

I have been very impressed with this device. I usually set it for 30 minutes on the lowest setting and I’m asleep within 5 - 10. If I wake up during the night it reliably gets me back to sleep again. I did have an issue when I first started using it with an allergic skin reaction to the metal plates which was very annoying as the device worked so well! Fortunately I was able to resolve this by using a few drops of conductor gel (PainPod) on the inside of my wrist before I put the device on and this seems to have stopped the skin irritation. Otherwise, the device and wrist band is very comfortable to wear, easy to secure on my wrist and very simple to use.

This mask is incredible! It's so soft and comfortable, and it really does block out all the light! Even when used in full daylight. I LOVE how it doesn't press on my eyes or lashes.
