It seems to work

It helps me fall asleep quicker at night. The watch is a little bigger than I was expecting, but I have a small wrist.

Amazing how well it works

I was skeptical, but ready to try anything...this device somehow helps me fall asleep quickly and, if I wake up in the middle of the night, a quick tap of the button and I am asleep again in minutes. Helps so much for the dead of night anxiety feed in my head. Holds a charge for a long time, as well. Having the Pulse, which is always on my wrist, is a comfort.

Helps me fall asleep

I’ve been using the GoCalm Pulse for a month now and it’s made a huge difference in how quickly I fall asleep - usually within 10 to 15 minutes. Before, I would sometimes be awake for hours, struggling to drift off. It's a little big for my tiny wrist, but I only wear it to bed so it doesn't bother me. It works so well I've just bought another one for my husband, who also struggles with insomnia.

GOCALM PULSE Actually Works!

I have been very impressed with this device. I usually set it for 30 minutes on the lowest setting and I’m asleep within 5 - 10. If I wake up during the night it reliably gets me back to sleep again. I did have an issue when I first started using it with an allergic skin reaction to the metal plates which was very annoying as the device worked so well! Fortunately I was able to resolve this by using a few drops of conductor gel (PainPod) on the inside of my wrist before I put the device on and this seems to have stopped the skin irritation. Otherwise, the device and wrist band is very comfortable to wear, easy to secure on my wrist and very simple to use.
