My daughter enjoys using the calmy to sleep and I steal it off her later lol. I then bought one for a friend also who struggles to sleep. It took a few goes to get the right position but I do feel it works and I had a slight issue and found the customer service to be brilliant.

I was skeptical, but ready to try anything...this device somehow helps me fall asleep quickly and, if I wake up in the middle of the night, a quick tap of the button and I am asleep again in minutes. Helps so much for the dead of night anxiety feed in my head. Holds a charge for a long time, as well. Having the Pulse, which is always on my wrist, is a comfort.

I wish I had of know about this product sooner, it's great you can take it any everywhere with you.

I’ve been using the GoCalm Pulse for a month now and it’s made a huge difference in how quickly I fall asleep - usually within 10 to 15 minutes. Before, I would sometimes be awake for hours, struggling to drift off. It's a little big for my tiny wrist, but I only wear it to bed so it doesn't bother me. It works so well I've just bought another one for my husband, who also struggles with insomnia.

I bought this mask with the GoCalm and it's so comfortable to wear. I often forget it's even on as it doesn't put any pressure on my eyes. It's great for daytime naps too as it completely blocks out all the light. I can see this being very handy on long-haul flights.

I struggle with severe anxiety and the GoCalm has been a life saver for managing it! I love how compact and discreet it is - I can take it with me anywhere and put it on for 10-20 minutes whenever needed. It really does help calm my mind quickly. I have been very impressed with this device. I usually set it for 30 minutes on the lowest setting and I’m asleep within 5 - 10. If I wake up during the night it reliably gets me back to sleep again. I did have an issue when I first started using it with an allergic skin reaction to the metal plates which was very annoying as the device worked so well! Fortunately I was able to resolve this by using a few drops of conductor gel (PainPod) on the inside of my wrist before I put the device on and this seems to have stopped the skin irritation. Otherwise, the device and wrist band is very comfortable to wear, easy to secure on my wrist and very simple to use.
